·Monitor daily operation issues and cooperate to adjust the space distribution.·Instruct to learn the SOP& key points for new clients. Timely review SOP with team members.·Workload distribution for operation team and regularly review.·Instruct the completed work procedure for new employee.·Assist to solve special case and complaint if any.·Coordinate the work-handover internally if necessary.·Coordinate work arrangement during team member’s annual leave/vacation, etc.·Partial operation job if necessary.·Regular customers and key vendors visiting per 1-2 weeks·Aware company product, and have sense to promote in daily work, such as trucking, rail, CFS VAS, etc.·Follow other jobs assigned by management team if any.Qualifications:·College, University or above·More than 2years working experience in freight forwarding industry.·Fluent in reading, writing and spoken English, CET-4 or above.·Basic computer knowledge, and could deal with office software in daily working.Skills & Knowledge:·Team spirit, good communication skill, strong responsibility, could work in pressure.·Professional knowledge and qualified ability.
